AEH Innovative Hydrogel are delighted to announce that we are the winner of the Technology Category of the “Venture Further 2019” awards run by the Masood Enterprise Centre at Alliance Manchester Business School.
The “Venture Further 2019” awards are open to entries from all students and recent graduates from across The Univeristy of Manchester, with finalists being split across five categories:
- Business
- Creative
- Environmental
- Social
- Technology
We were among four finalists in the Technology cateogry, including:
- FLOCK – a diagnostic tool to help HR professionals create more engaged cultures within their organisations
- SidcoDX – a patented methodology to help construction companies complete projects faster and reduce costs using infrared camera on the job site
- Stressless – neuroscience powered virtual reality games which not only entertain, but also provide therapeutic value for pain management and relaxation
Stiff competition indeed! We are thrilled that our innovative polymeric dressing to detect chronic wound infection at an early stage in a clinical setting won.
We are thankful to Masood Enterprise Centre for their generosity and for the support. The award will help us to develop our novel innovative dressing that could one day make a meaningful difference to mankind.
